CourseTrack

Terms of Service

Last updated July 13, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Midpoint Accounting Group Co. ("we," "us"), the operator of CourseTrack. By creating an account or using CourseTrack, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

CourseTrack is a tool for tracking coursework, assignments, and grades. The CourseTrack mobile app is free to use. We may offer additional paid features on the CourseTrack website; if we do, the terms of any paid plan will be presented to you at the time of purchase.

Your account

You need an account to use CourseTrack. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info@midpointcorp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CourseTrack.

Your content

The coursework, grades, and documents you put into CourseTrack are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service for you — to store your data, display it back to you, and process documents you upload so that course information can be extracted.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for the accuracy of what you enter.

Grades are estimates

Important: CourseTrack calculates grades and projections from the information you enter. It is a planning tool, not an official record. Your school's gradebook is the authoritative source for your grades. Do not rely on CourseTrack for academic decisions with real consequences — verify with your instructor or your school's system.

AI features

CourseTrack uses AI to read uploaded transcripts and syllabi and to power the study assistant. AI output can be wrong. Always review what the AI extracts before confirming an import, and don't treat AI responses as authoritative academic or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use anything the AI produces, including complying with your school's academic integrity policies.

Acceptable use

Don't do these things:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We work to keep CourseTrack running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

Ending your account

You can stop using CourseTrack at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing info@midpointcorp.com from your account address.

Disclaimers

CourseTrack is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or academic outcomes arising from your use of CourseTrack. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use CourseTrack after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
